Terms and conditions for renting costumes
- Any loss or damage of any costume/costume accessory will have to be replaced or paid for.
- Only cash or money transfers are acceptable as payment, unless agreed to under special circumstances. No cheques or credit cards will or can be accepted.
- Costumes will only be made available upon confirmation of payment, not before.
- Costumes and costume accessories rented must be returned the day after the event or earlier, unless agreed to another date and time.
- The final decision if a specific costume/costume accessory will be rented out, will be decided solely by the owner of the costumes.
- Valid contact details must be supplied by and of the person renting the costumes/costume accessories.
- The wearer of the costume(s) must not purposefully damage or make the rented costume(s) more dirty than normal use would do. Damage or missing parts will result in no return of the deposit.
- Any accidents that happen while wearing/handling a rented costume/costume accessory is the fault of the person(s) causing the accident.
- Bribes are not considered or accepted under any circumstances. In case of two people wanting the same costume, both would have to negotiate amongst themselves, otherwise the first one who asked for it gets to use it.
- The owner of the costumes mentioned and/or displayed on this website reserves the right to desicde when and to whom a costume will or will not be rented out for a time duration and fee decided upon ahead of time.
- Costumes lost or badly damaged have to be replaced by the person renting the costume at the time when the damage or loss has happened.
- Any legal threats or similar action to force the renting of a costume will default in no renting to the person/persons or known related persons doing the threat/action. This is in particular applicable when a costume has already been booked by somebody else for the same time period.
